Mark McGaughan has over 32 years of experience in the construction industry.  He is highly skilled in the administration of employees and subcontractors to ensure an orderly progression of work and has attained special skills in teaming with Governmental agencies to produce highly successful construction projects.  Mark is adept at using industry-specific software packages, particularly those related to scheduling and accounting.  As principal of McGaughan LLC, Mark brings his extensive knowledge of contracting (scoping, bidding, bonding, subcontracting, building), all aspects of project administration, CPM scheduling and claims prosecution to bear for McG clients.
